Dear friends and colleagues,

We are pleased and honored to launch the “First Shoulder Symposium” to be held on the 28th of October 2023 at the St. George University Medical Center in association with St. George University of Beirut.

This Symposium is the first medical conference that will take place at our hospital following the catastrophic blast of August 4th 2020 that left our capital crippled. Our conference is only a testament to Beirut’s unwavering resilience and determination to survive and reclaim its status as the medical capital of the Arab world.

We are committed to remain at the front line of medical advancements and provide a platform for exchange of knowledge that drive innovation and ultimately improve the quality of care and outcome for our patients.

This Symposium will host national, regional and international speakers who will discuss specialized topics encompassed within the broad and multifaceted domain of shoulder medicine.

The Symposium will provide a comprehensive and up to date understanding of this evolving topic, fostering an environment of learning, collaboration and advancement.

Your presence and participation in this event will undoubtedly contribute to its success.

CME credit will be awarded from our faculty of medicine SGU-FM.

We thank all those who contributed to the success of this meeting.

Looking forward to an enjoyable and successful Symposium.
